Rachelle leads our support and installations operations by managing the IT and software teams. She aims to ensure that our service level agreements are met and that we are constantly looking to offer the best service possible. She also works closely with Tony Pearson to develop our offering in the future.
Tony oversees all operational aspects of the business to make sure that our high levels of customer service are achieved at all times. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, he develops our product strategy, the processes we use to deliver projects, and looks to enhance the full customer experience.
With vast experience in the software and IT industry, Danny heads up our sales and account management team. Danny shares our passion for building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring that we help to plan and manage their IT and software solution effectively and efficiently.
Neil is responsible for the strategy of the KC product portfolio, which includes KCPOS as well as a range of add-ons for accounting solutions. He manages the planning and development of all product development as well as heading up all bespoke software projects for our customers.
