Opera II Integration
There are three key areas of Opera II that have been enhanced to cater for the integration of KC E-commerce.

Customers
The customer account form has been amended to include a tick switch which will enable the account to be accessed through KC E-commerce.

Stock
Each Stock item within the Stock Processing form has an additional ‘e-commerce tab’ this enable the stock item to be activated for web trading and will allow the item to be integrated into the online catalogue.

Sales Order Processing
Orders that are placed through KC E-commerce are then populated in the SOP module. All order numbers from KC E-commerce begin with a prefix that is defined in the System Config and allows for easy identification of online orders and reporting of these orders by period.

KC E-commerce Shop Manager overview
The Shop Manager is essentially the admin tool that users can access to define how their website operates and integrates with Opera II.

As well as key settings the Shop Manager also acts as a reporting application providing users with key stats as to visits, orders placed and products on sale via the web.

System Config
Through a series of system switches within the System Configuration users can define various aspects as to how they want their KC E-commerce system to operate.

For example whether users can access customer specific pricing from Opera II, if Stock Management should be used with regards to on-line orders and what the order prefix should be to enable future reporting on online orders once they reach Opera II.

Content Management
Content Management is a key part of managing any web site whether it’s a sales tool or a marketing function. KC E-commerce’s Shop Manager allows easy customisation of pages with text and graphics which can all be handled by the user rather than the need for development.
